For decades, and especially over the past 15 years, CPG, the General Convention, and the Executive Council have worked together to understand and put forward recommendations to improve parity in benefits between Episcopal clergy and lay employees. As the Church continues its discussion and efforts toward achieving more parity, CPG stands ready, willing, and able to assist in the ways it can and already has.
